Being a Duro-Last Master Contractor allows us to give you a warranty like no other. Duro-Last offers a 20-year and a 15-year commerical warranty as well as a 15-year residential warranty. These warranties are on top of the warranty that we include with every roof. With the Duro-Last warranty, covered repairs and even replacements are free, you pay nothing for materials or labor for warranted work. The warranties cover ponding water and consequential damages. This is a major advantage over other flat roof systems, for most flat roofs, if water ponds on a roof for over 24 hours it will void the warranty. Sometimes it is not possible to have positive drainage due to building design, with Duro-Last and Kelly Roofing you will be covered. This warranty is completely transferable at no extra charge.
Including a warranty of this magnitude with every roof is a big committment on the part of Duro-Last, that is why they take many steps to insure that your roof of the highest quality. All parts of the roof are made by Duro-Last which prevents them from pawning off liability on other companies. Prior to being issued a warranty a certified Duro-Last inspector will come to your jobsite and inspect the entire roof. The inspector will check every seam, every flashing and all the curbs to make sure the roof is installed to Duro-Last's specifiications.
