Duro-Last prefabricates deck sheets in sections up to 2,500 square feet, to the exact dimensions of your roof. Up to 85% of the field seams are completed under ideal factory conditions.
No Exclusions For Ponding Water
Providing positive drainage can be costly, difficult or sometimes impossible. Duro-Last is impervious to ponding water and your warranty does not exclude it. With summer showers and storm happening on a regular basis, this proves to be extremely important.
Duro-Last Exclusive Two-Way Vents
Duro-Last two-way vents relieve interior pressure from severe storm winds. The vents also allows condensation to escape the roof system. Relieving the extreme interior pressure from the roof system is one of the main reasons Duro-Last roofs performed so well during all four of Florida's hurricanes in 2004.
Custom Prefabricated Parapet
Wall flashing details of any height are prefabricated to fit, eliminating on-site labor and material waste. Parapet walls are mechanically-attached, eliminating the chance of adhesive failure.
Custom Prefabricated Curbs
Duro-Last's patented one-piece custom curb flashings are made to the exact size of the units on your roof. Other systems require hand cutting and fitting of as many as eight pieces of material for each curb.
Custom Prefabricated Stacks
Duro-Last's patented stacks are custom made under ideal factory conditions from 1" diameter to any size required. Factory made stacks cut field labor costs and leaks common to site-created flashings.
