10-Year System Plus Limited Warranty

The GAF System Plus Warranty will give you 10-years of non-prorated protection on most GAF shingles and 50-years of non-prorated protection on their Lifetime Shingles.  After the 10-year time period is up the remainder of the warranty wil prorate.  This warranty is transferable one time with authorization from GAF.

As an GAF Mater Elite Contractor, we include an extended manufacturers warranty on all GAF shingle projects.  The extended warranties are in addition to our own 10-year workmanship warranty.

The GAF System Plus Warranty is included with all GAF shingle projects.  To become a Master Elite Contractor and to be able to offer this upgraded warranty we had to meet stringent standards set forth by GAF Materials Corporation.  With a Master Elite Contractor installing your roof, you will have the peace of mind knowing that your roof and warranty will be hassle-free and worry-free.  To recieve the System Plus Warranty, your roof must have GAF shingles and GAF starter strip installed.
