The number one cause of roof leaks are boots and stacks.  That is why we take preventative steps around these areas to ensure the elimination of leaks.  To help keep your home dry we us gray EPDM compression boots.Many roofing contractors will use plastic flanges that will dry out and crack quickly.  When the flanges crack water will slowly seep through, causing leaking in the home as well as rotting away the roof decking.  The EPDM compression boots are custom fitted to the roof's plumbing boots and stacks.  Once the compression boot is fitted, it is sealed to the metal and screwed down through the metal to the deck. 
      For a finishing touch, all boots and stacks are painted to match your roof.  We use accessory paint that is designed and formulated to blend in with the color of your roof.  Having matching boots and stack will give your home's new roof a continuous look throughout.
