On every roof there are a variety of specialty areas that are prone to leaking, we take special steps to ensure that your roof can withstand the harsh environment of Southwest Florida. On areas such as wall up steps and valley's we use a modified rubber flat roof membrane.  This rubber flat roof membrane is used in there highly expansive areas because the rubber will expand and absorb thermal shock better than any other material.
      Besides the valleys and wall up steps, pan roofs are another area of the home where extra leak protection is needed.  The pan roof is the part of the roof where two incompatible roofing systems meet.  To combat the problems of having two incompatible systems meet, we seal the tie in area with modified adhesive which will self heal if it is punctured.  This part of the roof is so sensitive that we bring the rubber modified flat roof membrane down onto the pan roof and seal it completely, a step no other roofer performs.
