Rotted Sheathing

Rotted wood, when ignored or covered over, is a major cause of continued roofing problems.  Rotting wood is one of the main reasons we do not install a new roof system over a pre-existing roof.  Many roofing companies will install another roof on top of another, which only temporarily solves your roofing problems.  On every job we will take the existing layers off and replace all the rotted sheathing, ensuring the deck is solid prior to installing your new roof system.

Rotted Fascia

Rotted fascia is another area of concern.  Since fascia is part of the roof overhang, it is possible that your fascia could be rotting and leaking years before you notice it.  This is a special detail that we pay extra attention to while completing your project.  All rotted fascia is replaced during the tear off, giving you the peace of mind that your roof is solid and long lasting.

*Decorative fascia, crown molding and aluminum coverings are not included in the proposal price.
