The highest stress area of your roof is the ridge cap area.  This area of the roof is subjected to high levels of wind.  When high winds are present, there is a possibility of wind up-lift.  The ridge area also experiences massive expansion and contraction associated with the sun and high heat of Southwest Florida.
      To combat these problems we install factory designed cap tiles to all the ridges on your roof.  Cap tiles are made to match the field tiles and are secured to your roof using a two part installation process.  The cap tiles are installed pointing up and are foam secured to the roof deck.  Once the cap tiles are set in place, cement mortar is put in place and stained to match the color of the tile.
