With Kelly Roofing, there are no additional costs. All costs are included in the original proposal price, including a tear-off or re-cover with insulation. With other roofers and roof systems, there may be a charge above and beyond the original contract price for replacing rotted roof sheathing and fascia board. Furthermore, there can also be an additional charge for complete tear-offs, extended warranties, and additional materials.
