Duro-Last's 15-Year NDL (No Dollar Limit) Warranty has no exclusions for Consequential Damages. This means if there was a leak and interior damages caused from faulty materials and/or installation, Duro-Last will pay for interior damages up to $20,000,000.00. All other manufacturers have an exclusion for Consequential Damages in their warranty. If you are considering another roof system present this affidavit to the manufacturer and have their corporate officer sign it. This will ensure Consequential Damages are covered in their warranty. To date, we have not found another manufacturer willing to sign the affidavit.
