Eddie
President
Born in Naples, Eddie, husband and father of two, has spent his career with Kelly Roofing running the operations division. Eddie took the Project Administrator position to new levels with his strong knowledge in technology and the ability to make things as efficient as possible. As Operations Manager, Eddie is responsible for the entire production side of the company, including office and field operations. Eddie is also one of three on the Executive Leadership Team for Kelly Roofing, helping to position Kelly Roofing for the future. He lives life by his favorite scripture, Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Eddie has helped build the culture he loves at Kelly Roofing, like cutting-edge innovation and making the roofing industry more professional. “Over the years, we have tested and given feedback on the products of today. It’s nice to see our efforts helping to improve the entire industry. Even my roof is a Kelly Roof,” Eddie explains his passion for the family and Kelly Roofing’s vision. Eddie’s willingness to help is summed up best by his email signature, “Your Roofer”.
Ivan
Operations Manager
Ivan was born in Michoacán, Mexico, where he learned the value of doing the job right the first time. Ivan brought his energy and talent to Kelly Roofing in 2000, where he started in the repair division as a repair technician in the department he would go on to run. Speaking of running, Ivan loves to stay in shape by running long distance. “It clears my head and keeps my body balanced,” Ivan says about his free time. Ivan has two sons. Together with his wife, they devote their energy to ensuring they are raised with love. Ivan is also one of our corporate trainers. As the lead repair tech for over 14 years at Kelly Roofing, there isn’t a leak Ivan can’t stop. His motto is “I’m here to help anyone in need.” He takes his experience, passion, and focus to another level by teaching others how to install roofing the right way. Ivan loves the Kelly Roofing family and would never think about working anywhere else. He says that Kelly Roofing treats every job as if they were working on their own home. He enjoys Kelly Roofing’s customers and the chance to do what he loves.
Greg P.
Vice President of Sales
Originally from New York, Greg moved to Florida 10 years ago. Having been active in sports throughout high school and college, Greg wanted to work at a company with a team atmosphere where he could also help his community. Greg joined Kelly Roofing in February of 2017 and quickly became a leader within his department. Now, as the Vice President of Sales, Greg enjoys growing his relationships with coworkers and customers. His favorite thing about working for Kelly Roofing is the same today as it was when he first started, “Helping my community and building relationships with my customers. They’re not just customers to me, they’re family.” In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach, working out, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
Elisha
Customer Service Manager
Originally from Oneonta, New York, Elisha moved to Florida in 2012. In her free time, she enjoys playing video and board games, watching movies, and spending quality time with family and friends. After graduating from Utica College, Elisha started her career in healthcare working as an Activities and Program Director for retirement and assisted living communities before joining the Kelly Roofing team. She enjoys working at Kelly Roofing because not only is their focus on taking care of their customers, but also on taking care of their employees. “They encourage employee growth and help motivate you to reach your personal and professional goals,” she explains about Kelly’s positive culture.
Alexis
Customer Service
Alexis was born and raised in Naples, Florida, and also spent some years in Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida. In her free time, she enjoys being a mother and spending time with her family and friends. Before joining Kelly Roofing, Alexis worked for many years as a healthcare professional in mental and behavioral health. She says, “I enjoy working at Kelly Roofing because of the culture. Everyone is genuine in their own respected roles, all striving toward a common goal and helping one another to reach them.”

Customer Service
Camila is 21 years old and was born and raised in Naples, Florida. She is of Cuban and Puerto Rican descent. In her free time, if she isn’t taking day trips around Florida to find cool places to thrift and eat, you can find her at the beach sketching or reading romance novels. She says, “I was first introduced to Kelly Roofing through my mom who used them to put our metal roof on, she couldn’t stop raving about how nice and helpful their entire team was. From the first call with customer service down to the last person she spoke with at the end of the project. I’m so excited to be a part of a team that takes care of their clients and can’t wait to see what my future at Kelly Roofing holds.”

Hi, I’m Karina! I was born & raised right here in Southwest Florida, and I am blessed with a seven-year-old son named Daniel. In my time away from work, I love playing soccer & other outdoor activities with my son, as well as spending time with our golden doodle, D. I am grateful and blessed to be part of the Kelly Roofing family since I love how much they value both their customers and employees. I’m excited to contribute to their continued success.

Insurance Specialist
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Sharon moved to Naples with her husband, Patrick, in 1993. She has two daughters whom she has homeschooled since they were young. In her free time, Sharon enjoys learning about natural solutions for her family’s health. She is passionate about life and family and comments, “I absolutely love that Kelly Roofing places a strong emphasis on family and is committed to excellence.”
Shelby
Project Manager
Born and raised in Sanibel near Fort Myers, Florida, Shelby spent most of his time on the water or at the beach. But, after playing four years of college basketball, graduating with a business/entrepreneurship degree, and becoming a licensed real estate agent, Shelby wanted to find a great company with a passion for helping people equal to his. From his first interview with Kelly Roofing, Shelby knew he had found the right place. “Kelly Roofing is more than just a great company; it is a family dedicated to providing individuals with the help they deserve. Kelly Roofing provides the newest and greatest technology in the roofing industry. When it comes to any roofing need, I would choose Kelly Roofing.”
Demitri
Project Manager
Demitri was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and has lived all over the country in states including Oregon, Virginia, and Arizona. Demitri has always and continues to value family as well as the foreign upbringing he had. The stories and proof of his family’s hard-working mentality act as motivation to continue meeting and exceeding the Kelly Roofing standard. He says, “My goal is to take care of you as I would for my family in ensuring you nothing but the best, sustainable, and long-lasting roof on your family’s home!”
Javier
Project Manager
Originally from the beautiful island nation of Cuba, Javier is an accomplished sales professional with a background in solar. Javier brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for sustainable energy solutions to his position here at Kelly Roofing, and loves working for a company that is family owned and operated. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and golf as well as taking his golden doodle Scoobie, to the park to play fetch. Javier was born in Cuba, and moved to the SWFL area when he was 6 years old. Growing up he always had a strong desire to help people, which came from the teachings of his grandmother. He was helping people save money with PV Solar before becoming part of the Kelly Roofing team. Now he helps people just like yourself with any and all roofing needs.
Tyler L.

Tyler was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He has been in the roofing industry since 2017 and joined the Kelly Roofing team in 2021. Tyler spends most of his free time on the water fishing, whether on his boat or at the beach. He says, “I enjoy working for Kelly because of the expertise when it comes to roofing. I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge that I never had before, and I believe we are the best company for all roofing needs!”
Justin
Project Manager
Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Justin moved to Florida when he was twelve with his mom and younger brother, Anthony. Shortly after moving, Justin met Ken Kelly, Pop Warner Football League coach, and quickly became close with him. He has been at Kelly Roofing for several years and still enjoys it as much as he did when he first started. He says, “I love helping people in my community and the freedom and flexibility I have here.” In his free time, Justin enjoys hunting, the shooting range, and going out to eat with his girlfriend, Andrea, saying, “We enjoy trying new Italian and Peruvian dishes every chance we get!”
Sammy
Project Manager
Sammy was born in Miami and moved to Fort Myers at the age of seven. He lived there for several years before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. During his five years of service, he achieved the rank of Corporal. Sammy is the proud father of two sons, Elijah, who is three months old, and Jeremiah, who is five years old. In his leisure time, he enjoys wrestling, spending quality time with his family, and pursuing his goal of obtaining a pilot’s license. Sammy says, “I love working for Kelly Roofing since I love meeting and helping new people. Everyday challenges me and forces me to learn something new!”

Project Manager
Nycela is a friendly and caring professional with a passion for your roofing needs. She was born and raised in Naples, Florida, and is known for her outgoing personality and ability to connect with others. She says, “I’m always looking to make a positive impact.” She adds, “I also have a weakness for dogs!”

Greg is from a small city in Michigan called Ecorse. He has always had a passion for living life to the fullest and is thankful for every day. Greg loves everything about basketball, especially playing it. He says, “I moved to Florida for no more snow and to take long walks on the beach,” and then adds, “but my favorite walks are with my two huskies no matter where we are!”

Gabbie was born in Canarsie, Brooklyn, to a Puerto Rican family. She grew up dancing ballet and continues to enjoy it in her free time. She also loves spending time with her family. She likes working at Kelly Roofing because she says, “everyone is like a second family to me.” When customers ask Gabbie why they should choose Kelly Roofing, she tells them they are in good hands because Kelly Roofing treats each job with extra special care.

Project Administrator
Carla was born in Peru. She is a Christian, patriot, wife, mother, and grandmother. Her dedication to customer satisfaction at Kelly Roofing is just an expression of her lifetime commitment to helping others. One of her favorite quotes is “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” Her positive thinking and organizational skills make her a valuable asset to the company as a proactive, goal-driven team member. She enjoys going to the beach, fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Carla always finds a way to stay busy. Even during her “free time” at home, she will embark on home and craft projects.

Project Administrator
Originally from New York, Jen moved to Florida in 2005 and enjoys traveling back and forth between the two when she can. She is the mother of a beautiful girl and hopes to grow her family. Jen is very family-oriented and loves to live life with joy, peace, kindness, and faith. Jen says, “I am blessed to work for Kelly Roofing, a company that not only values their customers, but values their employees as well.”
Gualberto
Project Supervisor
Born and raised in Venezuela, husband and father Gualberto moved to the United States in 2018. Since then, he has been part of the Kelly Roofing family in various positions. He says, “I like working here because we are always learning and helping each other.” As a problem-solver, he states that working at Kelly is fulfilling because, “I’m a mechanical engineer [and am] always looking for new challenges.” When he’s not working, Gualberto likes to spend quality time with his family.
Luis
Project Supervisor
Born in Mexico, Luis moved to the United States of America back in 2002. Along with his older brother, Luis joined the Kelly Roofing family seven years ago, working as a member of the Kelly Roofing crew before being promoted to Project Supervisor. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach and spending as much time with his dog as possible. When asked what his favorite thing about working for Kelly Roofing was, his answer was simple: “Kelly Roofing’s high standards. I can be a roofer anywhere, but not everywhere has such high standards!”
Luigi
Project Supervisor
Luigi is originally from New Jersey, but moved to Florida in 2022 for the warm weather. He has an older sister named Janet and a younger brother named Brandon. In his free time, Luigi enjoys going out to eat. His favorite food is American cuisine, and he’s always looking for new restaurant suggestions. He says, “I love working for Kelly Roofing because of the people. They are always there to help and willing to teach me something new.”

Born and raised in Haiti, Eddie made his first trip to America at the age of 21. In his free time, he enjoys playing music and writing songs. He says, “I have had a lot of great experiences at Kelly Roofing, and really enjoy the family-like experiences we get to share.”
Jaime
Project Supervisor
Jaime was born in Nicaragua and moved to the United States in 2008. He is married and has 4 children, two being stepchildren. He also has two small dogs named Toby and Bruno. When he is away from work, he enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and helping others in need during the weekend. To him family time is one of the most important things. Jaime started his journey with Kelly Roofing in 2016 as a driver. Over the course of the years, he was able to make some incredible progressions like becoming a crew leader and most recent becoming a project supervisor. Working with Kelly Roofing has been a great opportunity and is always treated as family!
Charlie
Project Supervisor
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Charlie bounced from town to town throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida for most of his adult life. Eventually, he settled down in Fort Myers to work for Kelly Roofing. Charlie started as a crew helper, made his way up to crew leader, and then was promoted to supervisor because of his strength in communication. When asked why he likes working for Kelly Roofing, he states, “Kelly Roofing values effective communication and hard work, which is why it’s a perfect fit for me.”
Natali
Account Manager
Natali was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and immigrated to Naples, Florida when she was 13. She is the youngest of five and was the first in her family to attend college. She attended Naples High School and graduated from Edison College, earning an associate’s degree in accounting. Kelly Roofing is her first professional job out of college. She says, “Coming from a big family, I feel at home working here. Everyone from the roofing crew to ownership is amazing, and I feel blessed to be here!”
Imelda
Office Manager
Imelda was born and raised in Southwest Florida, and her whole life is in Bonita Springs. She is the youngest of 3 children and the daughter of Mexican parents hailing proudly from Guanajuato, Mexico. She is the mother to her amazing, sweet 8-year-old boy. Imelda’s time away from work is spent with her son, nephews, and parents. She’s very family-oriented and invests most of her free time in them. “I am proud to be part of the Kelly Roofing family!” she states about her time working with Kelly Roofing.

Juany was born in Guatemala and raised in Immokalee, Florida. In 2017, she moved to Fort Myers with her husband, where they continue to build their life together. She is a proud mother of one daughter and two sons, and she cherishes the moments spent with them, creating lasting family memories. My name is Nayeli. I’m half Dominican and half Puerto Rican, and in my free time I love to travel, spend time with family and friends, and explore new places whenever I can. Working at Kelly Roofing has been a great experience so far — I’ve really enjoyed being part of the accounting team and working alongside such supportive and dedicated coworkers. It’s been a place where I’ve grown professionally and built strong friendships.

Born in Colombia, Damian is the definition of someone who is good with his hands. Not only is he a master mechanic, but he is also a talented fabricator. Damian has customized tools, equipment, and vehicles specifically for the roofing industry.

Born in Venezuela, Omar moved to Florida in 2017. He has been with the Kelly Roofing family since 2020. In his time away from work, he enjoys camping, traveling to different cities and states, going to casinos, and spending time with family and friends. Omar really enjoys the Kelly Roofing culture as well as his fellow coworkers.
Chemo
Warehouse Manager
Born in Guanajuato, Mexico, Chemo has worked at Kelly Roofing for over 15 years. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing, taking long walks, and riding his bicycle. He also takes every chance he can to visit his family still living in Mexico. When I asked Chemo what his favorite thing about working for Kelly Roofing was, he knew right away, “I don’t have just one thing, I have three,” he remarked. “The work I get to do at our warehouse, our great management team, and how everyone here works together.”

As the Company Interaction Officer (CIO), Beasley’s number one goal is to make you feel like the most important person in the room. Whether she’s greeting new clients or cuddling up with the old ones, Beasley’s customer service game is on point. Just don’t let her loose around other pups—she can be a bit of a diva. But when it comes to humans, she’s a superstar.
